Through our cameras we experience the proof of our vitality in present life. Our eyes are a witness to who and what we have become within our spiritual power as it engages in our current day to day existence. We are our own spectator to the barrage of visually stimulating detours that constantly occupy our time. Our family, friends, work, vacations, hobbies all keep us connected to who we are in the here and now. Our existence is dependent on our presence and our presence is dependent on our existence. These momentary pieces of life candy we devour whether in pain or joy, they keep us connected to the present moment. Engaged in life and engaged with time. Time speaks urgency, but more importantly it speaks present day purpose and comfort. Glancing at a clock represents to us a sort of security blanket, a reassurance that ... yes we are all indeed still connected to this world. It is the synchronicity of society that demands a sense of belonging as we group our lives into timelines: summertime, lunchtime, bedtime, overtime, halftime and even happy hour.
Time links the entire world arm in arm, together in one frequency.
Each day you wake up directly connected to some sort of time management. As you read this blog you probably have an idea of what you will be doing directly afterwards. This is the life that has been created. It’s comforting to have a solid internal knowledge of who you are and to feel relaxed with everything around you. Understanding the person you currently are right now is easy. You have working knowledge of your beliefs, your values, likes and dislikes. You have a personal opinion about the current world and an investment in all the relationships that surround you. Your world is familiar, comfortable, workable and very very repeatable. Meanwhile the hands of time unconsciously spiral forward. Minutes turn into days and days leading to weeks and months into years. Ultimately….
Foresight makes us question whether the possibilities ahead of us are increasing or decreasing.
Foresight is a force, an emotional forceful effort and it most definitely is destined to be a struggle; a worthy struggle. Foresight directs you to a point in your life where all the security around you points to insecurity. The word foresight is composed of two parts: fore, which means before and sight, which means to perceive. How do you make a committed personal connection with your future self when your future self can feel like a stranger? Basically it is a person you think you know, but you really don’t. It takes an incredible amount of boldness to chase after a person who does not actually exist, but will in 5 to 10 years. No one can predict the future. This weight seems so incredibly heavy, but it is not impossible.
The resistance to stare at a present day clock creates space to define the future you.
Clocks have taught us to view the world not only as movement, but movement together. It’s not easy to move away on a semi-solo journey. Rewriting your mission to create a chance to change your future. Foreseeing upcoming challenges, aspirations, cliff hangers as opportunities for a one of a kind life dream. This is not an abandonment of your current life, but an extension of your undeveloped life. Foresight forces us to look deeply into who we are now and who we want to become. To make ground making changes toward the future while still having a chance. It’s a challenging task to drop out of routines where mediocrity feels normal and repetition feels safe. Your internal resistance may feel too strong to crush, but the quiet bravery that exists within you is absolutely enough to trust.

Our Constitution of the United States was composed and shaped the Summer of 1787, then was eventually signed on September 17, 1787. This document bears a difficult and time consuming amendment process. It was structured this way to preserve public confidence in the longevity of its official structure. This document sets a foundation for stable ground rules for generations to come. It was a vision of freedom for all to come; the ultimate example of foresight. How will you carry your vision forward? What foundation will you leave this world standing on? Your foresight is stored within your self-examination, self-actualization and self-belief. I challenge you today to re-think the word foresight. There is a difference between sort of having things mentally figured out and having a strong life blueprint. A printed ambition as our forefathers did, braving the idea of foresight. Dare to put on paper a vision that will breathe life into a stronger future... securing an independence.
“The best way to predict the future is to create it.” - Abraham Lincoln

Approach this with the mentality of, "I need this instead of I should do this." Reinvent time on your own scoreboard. Be the catcher that is better equipped to react to rebounds.
Fundamentally seeing yourself completing breaktime, cruising through lunchtime and far far exceeding summertime. Knowing that when your life enters overtime you will have the results without waiting until the end to see how it all plays out.
Passions are essential, but keep in mind that passions are just purpose launchers. Passions ignite purpose but they are not the purpose. A passion is a volatile energy that emotionally sparks the launch of the ball at the beginning of the game. Purpose grabs a hold of that ball and runs the last stretch with invisible speed and determination. A steady and progressive longterm purpose made over time and beyond the finish line cementing a place in your own lifetime hall of fame.

Thank you!!!
